DESIGN STRATEGY CONSULTATION
$1,000 | 90–120 Minutes
The first step to working with Urban Design District is a comprehensive in-home Design Strategy Consultation.
This session establishes direction, scope, and alignment before entering into a full design agreement.
During this session, we:
• Evaluate your space in detail
• Discuss lifestyle, priorities, and functionality
• Identify opportunities and design challenges
• Establish preliminary investment expectations
• Outline next steps and scope recommendations
You leave with professional clarity and a defined plan forward.
Investment Policy:
The $1,000 consultation fee is credited toward Full-Service Interior Transformation projects only.
It is not credited toward decorating services.
FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR TRANSFORMATION
Starting at $75,000+
Our highest level of service — designed for clients seeking comprehensive oversight and refined execution.
